Firefighter Lyle Wilder (Charlie Sheen) is a hero to his Los Angeles community, but few know that he's harboring a deadly secret: He's slowly turning into a sociopath. His neighbor Catherine Braverton (Mare Winningham) and her two children have clued in to Lyle's altered personality and soon find themselves targeted as his first victims. The only trouble is, they can't seem to convince anyone that Lyle is dangerous.

I loved the tension that builds up during the movie. Sheen's character is funny, psychotic, and well rounded. The one liners in this movie are a piss. Especially between Sheen and the air conditioner repairman. Unfortunately I saw it on pay-per-view and never taped it. If you like Charlie Sheen as a actor, then you'll like seeing a different side of him in this film.

CHARLIE SHEEN IS A TALENTED ACTOR, MUCH LIKE HIS FAMOUS FATHER MARTIN. HE DOES NOT LET YOU DOWN IN THIS INTENSE THRILLER. HE IS THE NEIGHBOR THAT NIGHTMARES ARE MADE OF. IT IS A GOOD MOVIE THAT KEEPS YOUR ATTENTION. A GOOD SUPPORTING CAST ALSO. IT IS WORTH GIVING IT A WATCH.
