3.0 out of 5 stars So-so
The Bad Girl was okay, but it really needs to be improved. For one thing, you already know who the "killer" is in the middle of the book. Also, Jan and Dawn put so much emphasis on their bottle of Evian water, that you KNOW it will be somehow related to the ending- which didn't make sense anyway. The book is also really gross when it deals with the frogs. I...

This review is from: The Bad Girl (New Fear Street, Book 4) (Paperback)
this book was awesome!I will recomend you to read this book. The book was about two girls who make up a secret formula. They wasn't supposed to be doing it but they did. They brought back a frog to life that they was supposed to be disecting for science. Then they brought back a dog from dying. When they were coming from a party they ran over a girl named Candy. They did not like her because she kept on telling on them. But they did not mean it because they did not see her because she was crying. The reason she was crying because she got humiliated.Luckily her friend brought the formula.Well when ever they had the formula they would turn into a monster.Anyway whenever they got mad they will blow up.Candy kept on being mean to them and she stole their boyfriends.Well at the ending They got Candy to get mad. But she was asking them to give her the formula and they could not find it. Well when Candy did die she left a letter sying that she put the formula in their bottle of water.

4.0 out of 5 stars THE BAD GIRL, August 9, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: The Bad Girl (New Fear Street, Book 4) (Paperback)
this one is about two girls who at science develop some kind of stuff. They take it home with them and as a joke they put some of it in the mouth of a dead frog, to their surprise it comes to life again. Now they accidentally hit a girl and put the stuff in her mouth too, of course she comes back to life too but maybe they should've thought twice before doing that. Story was really well written, the idea seemed kind of stupid to me at first but it turned out to be a real frightening story and it made you feel like you were there with them. It also had a very good ending.

5.0 out of 5 stars Greatest ending, October 22, 2002

Nadine (Warman, SK Can.) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Bad Girl (New Fear Street, Book 4) (Paperback)
It was so good! The best part of the book is the last page. But don't read it before you read all of the book. I read this book at a sleep over around midnight and I only planned to read a chapter or two, but then it just got better and better! So I would read a chapter and my friend would always have to wait up so that she could hear what happend so I stayed up till around 2 in the morning just so I could read it.
You won't be able to put it down either!

The book is also really gross when it deals with the frogs. I know it's a Fear Street book, but that was just digusting.

4.0 out of 5 stars Girl Power, January 5, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: The Bad Girl (New Fear Street, Book 4) (Paperback)
This book is about two teens, Jan and Dawn, and their rival, Cindy. Jan mixes up some chemicals, and makes a potion. Then , it brings things from the dead back to life! First, a frog, a dog, and then a human. It is a good book of how a girl copes with a psycho killer on the loose.

I liked and recomend it to people who like suspense and thrills. It was one of his best books even though it had some boring parts. I reccomend this book if you enjoy R.L. Stine.

4.0 out of 5 stars Sometimes they come back, March 5, 2010
This review is from: The Bad Girl (New Fear Street, Book 4) (Paperback)
Dawn and Jan mixed different chemicals in the science lab. It was just a game. They never expected the frog to return to life. Then they reanimate a dog, then a person. But they all come back changed.

Great story, like a YA version of Stephen King's Pet Cemetery.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Bad Girl, February 20, 2009
This review is from: The Bad Girl (New Fear Street, Book 4) (Paperback)
Two friends form a formula that can bring anything dead back to life. They experiment this on a dog who is dying and then recovers. But they get other results when they use it on someone....bad results.
