Fabulous
This book i thought was not going to be that good, but was i wrong. Nancy falls asleep during a lecture. When she wakes up she is suddenly in the Great Deppresion. I think that spending the money is totally worth it. I won't spoil the fun but, once the mystery is over, there will be a unsolved mystery that you'll never forget!

Interesting Premise but needed more work
Not as good as some of the other Carolyn Keene books, but a nice read. Gives some great background on the Depression. Too much emphasis on Nancy's lack of remembering where (or should I say when) she is though and not enough on the mystery at hand until shortly before the end.

Expect the unexpected!, January 9, 2008
This review is from: Bad Times, Big Crimes (Nancy Drew: All New Girl Detective #14) (Paperback)
Bad Times, Big Crimes is not only a Nancy Drew mystery, but a "time-travel" one at that!
Nancy falls asleep during a lecture with friend, Ned. She wakes up to find they're in the 1030's, and there's not only a mystery, but the Great Depression to deal with.
This book will be a surprise for regular Nancy Drew readers. As usual, there is a little something to learn. This time, about history.
