The idea is great but if your anyone over 8th grade it's junk. The ball looses it's air every day and doesn't spiral back straight. To get even close to a spiral you have to throw it as hard as you can which does a number on your shoulder after a while. We got it for our college athletes to use but after the first week of it's "cool factor" they just leave it in the bin and use the other footballs to practice

This is an awesome tool for one to work on accuracy by them self. Son uses this in a racquetball court to work accuracy and get repetitions even when it rains. Comes right back to you.

I love it! I originally got the smaller version for my stepson. The concept is pretty straight-forward -- throw the ball with your hand on the pointy end, and the flat end hits a wall and comes back to you. What I found when trying out the smaller one is that it didn't matter if your form was perfect or not. You could throw a tight spiral or a wounded duck and it would still come pretty much straight back to you. You had to really mess up a throw for it to bounce off at an oblique angle.
I liked it so much I got the bigger version for myself! 2115|R3IPNUAJTKCISH;2115|R1GR9XF36S8W2U;2115|RTT2EK9HJPAX4;
