This pretty Moses Basket creates a space for Baby anywhere in the house. A safe place for your baby to sleep at home or when visiting friends. Keep Baby close by wherever you are. Overall unit measures 30-" L by 17-" W by 18-" H. Basket is 6-inch deep in the middle. Soft polyester fill pads the bumper for comfort. Liner is removable and can be machine washed and tumbled dry. Includes a foam mattress pad and a sheet. Basket hood shades your baby, or it can be removed completely. Hood attaches with Velcro. Basket can be used until baby is approximately 15 pounds. (6.8 kg) or until baby can push up or roll over unassisted. Basket should always be placed on a firm, flat surface. Never place it near the fireplace or open flames. Sturdy handles are woven onto the basket. The handle is actually "one piece" that goes down both sides and under the bottom. Although this basket includes handles, we do not recommend carrying the basket with your baby in it for safety reasons. When Baby outgrows the Moses Basket, use it as a place for storing stuffed animals or linens, or as a bed for dolls or pets. Soft bumper/liner is made with 100% cotton Waffle fabric trimmed with white satin piping.

Soft polyester fill pads the bumper for comfort. Liner is removable and can be machine washed (cold water, gentle cycle) and tumbled dry (low or no heat). Includes a foam mattress pad and a white sheet. Basket hood shades your baby, or it can be removed completely. Hood attaches securely with Velcro Basket can be used until baby is approximately 15 lbs. (6.8 kg) or until baby can push up or roll over unassisted. Basket should always be placed on a firm, flat surface. Never place it near the fireplace or open flames. Sturdy handles are woven onto the basket. What a treat! Love this item. The liner can be used like you see it or reversed with a nice embroidered white liner...not sure what that other person was saying, or she did not know you can reverse it?? Ties are nice and love the fact that you can take the hood off. Very Happy!

My 2 month old is still napping and sleeping in her basket. It appears she will outgrow it in another month, but by then I'll feel comfortable putting her in her crib. This is a great purchase if you live in a two story house and want an easily portable place for your baby to nap. It is nice not to have another large piece of baby furniture to store, as this is small and could even be used decoratively to hold stuffed animals, etc. Negatives: The liner shrunk when I washed it (I followed instructions)so I had to add extra ribbon ties to hold it closely to the basket all the way around. I have to use a pillowcase as a sheet when the sheet that came with the basket is dirty (often, with a newborn). Moses basket sheets I found online were too small.

i was very disappointed when this basket arrived all bent out of shape. i tried straightening it out by hanging it with some weight in it, but the sides simply wouldn't stay up. canopy part velcros onto basket, but it does not stay on well since the curves don't match up. it is not well made.
