They run 1/2 to 1 size big. The platform definitely needs to be higher. They look good if you don't have to move or if you want your closet to be full of pretty shoes, but they are just too darn hard to walk in. The sole is very stiff, it doesn't give at all. This in addition to the angle of the shoe makes it difficult to navigate. Don't get me wrong, I love dancing all night in a good pair of heels. But these...they just don't work for me.

They are BEAUTIFUL! I absolutely adore them! I used them for my wedding day (from 3pm-3am) and it didn't hurt me. The kind of flower detail make them look gorgeous.

I searched tirelessly for a pair of red/wine colored shoes that had under a 4" heel to wear for my wedding. These shoes on all websites I reviewed had the description of being a 3 7/8" or a 4" heel. when I received the shoes they were actually a 4 1/2" heel which was way too tall for my wedding. I then had to scramble to buy another pair of shoes and return these. I blame both Amazon.com and Heels.com for the misleading heel height. Although I will have to say they are absolutely beautiful shoes...I just don't have a use for them after my wedding.

the shoes are gorgeous but if you have even a remotely wide foot, don't order them :( it's too late for me to send them back, i'm going to try to have them stretched but i'm not sure if it'll work. the shoes are absolutely delicious, the flower detail is so pretty & feminine ... but pinches the toes.

I just wore these with my wedding dress and absolutely loved them. I won't pretend they are like slippers, as no high heels are, but they are actually rather comfortable. They are a gorgeous shade of blue and came in a nice box with a shoe bag, extra set of heel grips and protectors around the decoration on top. Definitely would recommend them.

These shoes fit me perfectly and are so sexy. Now, could I walk around in them for hours upon hours on end? No, the heel is just as high as it appears in pictures, but for a nice dinner out or something, they're such sexy shoes. I especially love how pronounced the arch is. I have larger feet, and often times, manufacturers just make longer shoes for larger feet, but these shoes make my feet look smaller and sexy. They are also impeccably made and feel so expensive and high-end. I have to again plug Amazon Warehouse Deals because I got these shoes "Used-Like New" and they really were like new at a fraction of the original cost of these shoes. These shoes will be a staple in my closet for a long long time!

The shoe looks marvelous as shown. The only problem is that it runs a half size too big. The heels are pretty high and if you are not used to high heels they may pose a problem. Because the heels are high and the platform is a bit lower your feet slides forward and it makes the shoe bigger. If the platform were higher it may not pose such a problem. All and all nice shoe for a great price.

These shoes were everything I wanted... super sexy, great price... but they just ran a little too small and wouldn't work for me. So sad!

I'm getting married in April 2012 and I wanted to find the perfect purple shoe. And so I have...it compliments my dress and I can't wait to wear them on my special day. The fit is perfect and I have no concerns about hurting feet while I walk down the aisle.

The heel of this shoe looks higher in person! It's beautiful if difficult for me to walk in. After reading other reviews I ordered a 1/2 size larger than usual and they fit a bit big. I'm using the extra room to add a ball of the foot insole. This will give me an extra bit of platform to help with the walking. I'm used to 2-3" heels so 4 takes some getting used to. I've been breaking them in around the house and the satin is loosening up. I don't expect it to stretch a lot but it's shaping to my foot. So pretty it's worth a teeny bit of pain! My husband to be's last name is Randall so this is a no brainer for my wedding style.
