They are shown in Ambrosia Beetle (Flag) Spalted Maple, but we have other variations in different wood species. These are our ORIGINAL designs, and are handcrafted in our East Tennessee studio by my Phil & Martha Baerreis. We make each of our Kitchen Utensils individually and one at a time. We finish our kitchen products in food safe mineral oil and beeswax, and include care instructions to insure you have nice kitchenware for years of use.
