I bought this product about 6 months ago. It is a good idea, but poorly executed. Several of the hooks have fallen
off, and I am now looking for a more permanent solution.

Bags fall of hooks when you open door.
Had to pin strap after it was adjusted.

I was so excited to get this, but that excitement quickly turned to frustration when several of the hooks cracked and broke! I was literally woken in the night by handbags falling to my closet floor after the hooks slowly cracked under pressure. The hooks are made from a poorly molded plastic and tend to crack and break at the corners. I shrugged off the first one that broke, but the rest slowly followed suit. Prior to the hooks breaking, I was pleased with the product. If the manufacturers could produce a better quality hook, then I might be willing to give it another try.

Completely useless. It's very flimsy and the plastic parts when you hang the purses on are very cheaply made. I broke several just by trying to adjust them up and down on the strap and I was using very little force. Also, once you hang it over the door you can't close the door with out a lot of noise and force.

I never write reviews but the poor quality of this item could not be allowed to go without comment. While the organizer fit on my closet door, the purse hooks - made of cheap plastic - were the problem. A hook was broken upon arrival, several more broke while being adjusted along the strap, and more broke several months later, each under the weight of only one medium size purse. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

I bought this a few months ago, and within a few days, the hooks fell off, and the bags keep dropping off. I would not recommend this poorly made item.

This is a good idea however, it is not strong enough to support the weight. I have many heavier leather bags, and the weak plastic hooks cannot support the weight. Also, the hooks are not large enough to hold purses with thinker/wider straps. Kind of a waste of money- need to look for another option.

All the hooks eventually broke off. They need to be metal, not plastic because this day and age, most handbags are big and leather with wide straps. They're not all cute, small and dainty. It's a great idea because you can get it to hold a lot more bags than other organizers out there, but the hooks are just too weak. They can barely hold the strap of most of the handbags I own, they're not wide enough.

I was so excited to finally organize my purses.....but this has been a very disappointing product. The idea is great but it just isn't made well. The hooks that hold the purses snap off easily and can only hold purses with thin straps. If you have a purse with thicker handles/straps, the hooks cannot accomodate them. The only purses I have that this product can handle are the very lightweight ones with skinny straps (the yarn one my young daughter made for me and a small coin purse).

I thought this product would solve my space problem, and what it did is scratch my door. it really doesn't work as intended, don't have the structure to hold the handbags in it's place, the hangers are not deep enough and it doesn't work with normal size bags, it kind of only holds the small ones with short handles, I wouldn't recomend it at all
