5.0 out of 5 stars The perfect wallet........
I happened to pick this up (in the gorgeous leaf green and it has a pretty pink interior) and I use it as a larger wallet. It opens up so you can get to and view everything SO easily! There is SO much space...enough even for all my junk. Most wallets don't have enough space and are to hard to see what's in it at a glance. This one is a functional and enchanting design...

3.0 out of 5 stars Fairly Functional
"Wallet Bagg" is misleading because it is larger than a wallet. The zipper travels from the top to the side (opening halfway across the bag), so this can be convenient or not to some. While the bag is lightweight and functional which allows for easy washing in a laundry bag and which is gentler to those with sciatica, there are small drawbacks. The metal hardware parts...

3.0 out of 5 stars Fairly Functional, May 13, 2010
This review is from: Baggallini Wallet Bagg, Small (Apparel)
"Wallet Bagg" is misleading because it is larger than a wallet. The zipper travels from the top to the side (opening halfway across the bag), so this can be convenient or not to some. While the bag is lightweight and functional which allows for easy washing in a laundry bag and which is gentler to those with sciatica, there are small drawbacks. The metal hardware parts - buckles, zipper pulls, etc. - are industrial-sized, heavy, and clunky. The credit card compartments are shallow and useless. Two small, loose zippered compartments in the center appear fragile as compared to to the larger one that is stitched onto the inside of the bag. Baggallini is made of a nylon material that makes a crunchy, noisy sound. Apart from these annoyances, the bag is fairly sturdy. It is slim but roomy, so I can finally include a pen, cell phone, and chapstick. In contrast, my tiny, sporty Sherpani bag was too small; the zipper opened the bottom (causing spills), and the stringy strap frayed badly. Baggallini could be a good choice for travel, and it is a fairly decent option for those who prefer lightweight, washable bags.

5.0 out of 5 stars Small yet holds all the essentials I need., July 8, 2009
This review is from: Baggallini Wallet Bagg, Small (Apparel)
I bought this in black. I have to admit it looks kinda "sporty", but I am ok with that. Would have preferred a soft leather material.

I bought this for those day trips where you are walking around all day with the kids and don't want to drag your purse around. I have a medium sized purse, but it has short, double shoulder straps. With this purse I can carry it over one shoulder and arm, on one shoulder, or even around my waist. Makes it very handy to keep out of the way, yet have everything I need for the day.

Inside I keep:
Wallet (a small, flat wallet that hold $, and Credit cards).
Ultra compact camera (Casio ex s-12)
Extra batteries for: my camera, son's cell phone, and my cell phone.
Sunglasses
Makeup, including a compact, small hair brush, tylenol & other essentials
Cell phone

Only Con I can think of is that the credit card slots are useless (not deep enough), but I keep my cards in my wallet, so I am ok with that. But don't count on using them, cards really arent secure.

I keep this purse ready to go with almost everything in it (including the camera, I bought that just for this so I am never without it). The only 2 items that I have to take out of my regular purse and put in here so it is ready to go is my cell phone and wallet. It really helps me to keep everything else in there so that when I decided to take this purse instead it is not a hassel. Just grab those 2 items and go!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great little wallet/purse, March 4, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I don't like to carry heavy things around - it's inconvenient and I have a spine problem that makes it difficult. I had a nice big clutch-type wallet that fit all my cards, etc., but it was big and heavy. I replaced it with a foldover-type wallet, which was smaller and lighter, but didn't fit everything I needed. The Baggallini wallet bag, size small, is a great solution. Because it's made of fabric, it's lightweight. And though it's small, it not only has plenty of room for cards, cash and all those other wallet items, but also has room for key, my reading glasses, and a few other carry-along items. I like that long strap, as I can carry it over the opposite shoulder, like a messenger bag, which is more balanced weight-wise and prevents sliding off. And, if I do need to carry more things than fit into this bag (such as my knitting), it's small enough so that I can simply pop it into a larger bag and use it as a wallet. Highly recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Baggallini Works, August 3, 2010

I purchased the Bagallini prior to my trip overseas. No space is wasted in this purse. I was able to carry most of the necessary items I needed for my trip. Perfect zipper compartment for my passport. I was even able to fit my digital camera inside. The adjustable shoulder straps are a plus. Loved the double coin compartments which kept my U.S. coins separate from my Euros. The only complaint I have is that the pockets where you keep your credit cards are not sturdy. The material is too flimsy and my credit cards and driver's license kept falling out. Other than that, the purse is constructed well and is very convenient for trips, tours and a day at the County Fair. Wish I had purchased this item a long time ago.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really Handy, August 25, 2008
I love these little bags. I use it as a wallet. It fits in my purse but it has everything I need when I do not want to carry the extra weight of a purse. I carry it like a messenger bag.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another Grand Slam for the designers at Baggallini !!!, November 20, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Baggallini Wallet Bagg, Small (Apparel)
First, let me say straight off that if the designers at Baggallini ran the government, this world would be a far far better place: they simply don't miss one single opportunity to make things run smoothly and function at their most optimal.

This is my fourth Baggallini bag: I also have the travel cosmetics bagg, the hanging travel accessories bagg -both in bright, don't-forget-me-in-the-hotel-room colors- and a secondary carry-on sort of bagg that fits in its own pouch. Every single one of them leaves absolutely nothing to be desired in terms of quality and forethought. And this new wallet bagg is no exception to that. When something is designed this well you simply have to marvel and at the thought and care that has gone into it.

I got the mushroom toned wallet bagg, which is a lovely neutral taupe, and to my delight I found it is lined in a beautiful sky blue. I took every single thing out of my backpack-purse thingey, and put it in the wallet bagg: it all fit!!! That includes a tightly wound shopping bag, a tube of sun protection, a check book, keys, a glucose meter, and sun glasses. There are plenty of zippered compartments to store receipts, notes, stamps, or what-have-you. Strapped around my waist, I can go off walking with my hands totally free: it's an oddly liberating feeling I haven't gotten quite used to yet. The bagg is also small enough to store in the pocket of my barn jacket. Used as a shoulder bagg or around the waist it is small enough not to create large bulges under your coat. And as others have noted, you can simply pop it into a purse or other bag with ease, when you care to.

The hardware and seams are sturdy and well-made, and like my other Baggallini baggs, I expect this wallet to become an indispensable feature of my life for years to come.

If you feel in need of a little organization in your life, I highly recommend this bagg.

5.0 out of 5 stars Saves My Shoulders, May 31, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have had the same Baggie for over 7 years. It is small, but big enough to hold the important things I need: keys, money, credit and other plastic cards.
It has saved my shoulders from carrying too heavy a load in larger purses. I received it fast so I could replace the other one whose strap and zipper had
become unrepairable. I was very happy to find it on Amazon.com as I had looked for a replacement for a few weeks.

5.0 out of 5 stars Use Alone or Tucked Inside a Larger Bag, December 17, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this bag to use inside a carry on bag for a recent trip. I needed something larger than a wallet, but something that wouldn't take up a lot of space. The bag worked perfectly. It has an amazing amount of storage space for so small a bag. During my travels I carried my cell phone or my small digital camera in the outside pocket. The inside zipper pockets are great for keeping things organized and I secured a pen and a lip stick on the elastic hooks. The credit card pockets make finding cards or photo ID a snap. The adjustable strap allowed me to carry it on my shoulder, across my body or the strap can be totally removed. I love the bag and have continued to carry it inside a larger purse since my return. I often carry it alone for quick trips to the store. I am considering buying a larger one for every day use or another color of the same size.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very convenient, June 15, 2010

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this bag so I can easily transfer the contents of my purse to another purse without having to move each item individually and it works perfectly for this. I use it as a wallet but can also fit my phone, some make-up/personal items, sunglasses, etc. and can take it out of my medium size purse and throw it in my gym bag without worrying about what I am forgetting. I do use the credit card slots for my credit cards and they can be improved a bit as they are kind of flimsy/short as some other reviews mentioned but they still suffice. I would also like an additional outside pocket but overall, this purse has been great. I can even attach the included strap and use it as a small purse when necessary.
