Love it on popcorn and vegetables. Doesn't work as well on low fat popcorn, since it has less to stick to, but popcorn should be buttery, IMHO! Their shipping estimates are grossly exaggerated-the stuff gets here superfast every time. Great people to buy from as well.

delivered quickly. A very good value. A lot of cheese powder for the price. Very nice strong cheese taste. I used it in sauce and in a rice/broccoli casserole. Adds lots of flavor.

Exactly what I was look for. I wanted this for my popcorn and it was perfect. Not too salty and sticks to the popcorn.

The white cheese powder shipped very quick, and arrived as advertised.

We use the white cheddar powder in our movie concession stand. The customers love putting it on their popcorn. For our small time movie theater, the 3 bags last quite a while.

Excellant flavor. This is a flavorful blend of cheddar and blue cheese and I find it quite yummy. (Just placed another order). On flavor alone, I give it five stars. But a couple of issues have me give it four stars. First, shipping is more than the item itself. Naturally, no one forced my purchase, and the fact that I have ordered again says how much I enjoy it's flavor. The second issue is that this powder is quite salty. So much salt that it was too much for me when I added it to microwave popcorn, which already contains a lot of salt. But I discovered a great solution for myself - just use this in place of salt. Unsalted popcorn from a hot air popper is great with this topping. I also make my own vegetable soup, which I used to flavor with soy sauce. But using this powder works out great - I end up with a salted and cheesey stock for my soup. It's so good in fact, I hardly need the vegetables, the stock is so flavorful.

One more thing, this powder is very fine, almost as fine as salt itself. I tried pouring it from a grated parmesan cheese container, but it comes out way too fast. I'm better off just carefully pouring it from the ziploc bag in came in.

We've been sprinkling this on popcorn and it's excellent - tastes a lot like the Fritolay Smartfood White Cheddar Cheese popcorn, but it's even better hot and freshly popped.

pop up a batch of popcorn and shae a ton of this stuff on and its a real treat, at least my wife thinks so
some other review disagree and to each their own but we will be ordering this again very soon.
keep unopened bags and unused product in mason jars or something air tight, it seems to clump up even in its plastic bag but can be easily broken back up into powder
another reason for the jars is we had bugs eat through the plastic and start munching away at the cheese, that was a bummer, had to toss it :(

I was hoping this would be a white cheese powder that wold work well on popcorn, like some I've purchase elsewhere in the past. It is not ideal in my opinion for popcorn, as it is more powdery than granular. It doesn't really shake out onto the popcorn, and doesn't have other flavors mixed in like some cheddar popcorn toppings do. So it takes quite a bit to give popcorn that white cheddar flavor.

Has a mild flavor, probably good for sauces.

We love to use this on popcorn- yum. We also have used in making mashed cauliflower and crackers

This has been fine, but I'll try another brand next time. It was my second time trying a powder. It's quite salty, but the last one was, too. The cheese taste isn't as strong as I was hoping for.

A great benefit is that I can use it to make box-style gluten free mac and cheese when I don't want to go through the trouble of making it from scratch. It's much less expensive to use this with GF pasta that I like rather than using the one or two available GF products.

I've also added a bit of it to sauces and have put it on popcorn. It's OK on popcorn; I've tried three kinds so far for that and this is as good as the others. I'd love to make my own popcorn that is like what you get in the bag - with a strong cheesy flavor. This doesn't stick well enough to do that and is a bit gritty - more like a fine salt rather than a soft powder.
