In 1984 he received a Gold Award from the Art Director's Club of New York for his photographs of the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.John Danesh is Professor of Epidemiology and Medicine and Head of the University of Cambridge Department of Public Health and Primary Care. Seena Fazel is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Senior Research Fellow in Psychiatry at the University of Oxford.
