I sent this hat as a Christmas gift. The produce was very good but the wrong size. I have been trying to get an exchange but have had absolutely no response from the seller,Shoebuy. This is the first vendor on Amazon that there has been an issue in return or exchange. I would not order from this seller again.

Good quality, fit, style, and comfort, at a fair price. The chin cord is useful outdoors and works well even in strong wind. If I were to buy another hat, I would buy Bailey with confidence.
