OK, so I'm a BLONDE! Make all the jokes now, then let's talk...
I am an oceanographer, and I have to spend lots of time out of doors on beaches and shorelines. Bain de Soleil Gelee is a really wonderful product for my needs. I ususally start the season with the Bain de Soleil Mega Tan Product, and then use the Bain de Soleil Gelee for the rest of the season. The gelee products will even give blondes (or blonds, for you guys) a great, long-lasting tan, and it leaves your skin soft and happy, not feeling greasy and sunburnt. The gelee formula is absorbed by the skin fairly rapidly, and it doesn't come off with water, including the kind you make yourself..a little sweat never hurt anyone, after all. The gelee is also especially good for the beach since sand doesn't stick to it. I've used this product for years, and it works great!

My only complaint is that Bain de Soleil has evidently stopped supplying SPF 15 gelee. It is nice to have a variety of SPF protection options for different types of sun exposure. Bain de Soleil does make children's sunscreen products, but these have limited availability in the States.

It would be very useful if Amazon (and others) could also offer the Gelee SPF 8 product.

The Bain de Soleil is the best sunscreen we have found and it is just about impossible to find in any type of store. We were concerned because the description was bottles, but we were relieved when we received our package and the gelee was in the tubes we knew and loved. Thanks, Amazon, you're great!

Finding this great tanning gel is virtually impossible in the US. I've always loved the tan I used to get using the Orange Gelee Sunscreen, however, I haven't been able to locate any Bain de Solei products in any US store for at least 20 years -- so I stopped looking. We were getting ready to go on vacation, at the last minute and on a whim, I thought I'd check to see if I could purchase the tanning gel on Amazon (I don't normally shop on the internet). To my joy, there it was--and available at a great price, so I bought two tubes. It was the first item I bought through Amazon, the experience was wonderful and the product was delivered withing 2 days - just in ime for our vacation. Went to Florida, used the tanning gel and got a great tan!.

A friend of my mom's recently told me about this product and now I swear by it. I recently went to Cozumel, Mexico and came back with this deep, rich, golden fabulous tan. While on vaca, I made sure to put an SPF on but lathered up with the fragrant Bain de Soleil, that went with me EVERYWHERE. The results.....let's just say I'm STILL a golden-brown chocolate bunny just waiting for the next adventure....so I can use the product that has become one of my MUST HAVES!!!

I WENT TO 5 DIFFERENT STORES AND NO ONE CARRIES IT ANYMORE.IT IS THE BEST SUNTAN LOTION!I WENT ON AMAZON AND THEY HAD IT AT A REASONABLE PRICE AND IT WAS SHIPPED RIGHT AWAY. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

I love the orange gelee - it gives you a wonderful glow when you are out in the sun, and seems to help you obtain a richer, deeper tan.

I've been using this product since I was a teenager. I love it and I hope it NEVER gets discontinued!!!

I have been using this product for over 30 years and consider it still the best of all.

Smells great, works wonderfully. You will want to reapply constantly. Not only for the protection & tanning benefits, but also because it makes your skin look so sexy while tanning! The results are amazing when used properly.

Bain de Soleil is the best. It has become a little hard to find so I am thankful for Amazon.com AND the price.
