Follow directions and do not leave microwave unattended. Overheating will cause chocolate to burn and tub to become hot. Microwave ovens differ and melted chocolate will retain its shape until stirred so the length of time until the product is ready will vary.

Ingredients
Semi-Sweet Chocolate [Sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin (Emulsifier), Vanilla Extract, Salt, Milk Solids].

Directions
1. Remove plastic lid and inner seal. 2. Place tub on a dinner sized, microwaveable, non-disposable plate. 3. Microwave on High for 30 seconds; stir chocolate. Repeat until most of the chocolate is melted. Stir Vigorously until smooth and glossy. (See Tips for Use). 4. Dip and serve. For a hard chocolate coating, refrigerate dipped treats on wax paper-line plate for 10 to 15 minutes and serve.

We own a Bed and Breakfast in Ludington Michigan and dip fruit in chocolate to garnish the bread plates every morning. We have tried all the commericial brands of dipping chocolate available and we like the Baker's semi-sweet the very best for both taste and presentation. Recently, however, it has become very hard to find at our local grocery stores and so I was thrilled to find it at Amazon with the added advantage of a considerable price savings. I am one happy customer!
