So far so good! It has cooked my brownie's just fine. Nice and even. Everyone has seemed to love them. I do spay some bakers PAM into it. I have zero sticking issues. I was surprized at the quality of this tray! It's well built. The handles on the side make it easy to pick up.

This was the best choice i made in regard to making delicious brownies.
Everyone gets the crust and they heat up at a perfect temperature so the brownie is consistent!

Works great on first use
This does exactly as described: Gives your brownies more edges. On the first use, with spray on oil (Pam), the brownies practically slid out after being cooked.
