MOST ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIXES CALL FOR A A PAN HIGHER 10 INCHES AND THIS PAN IS ONLY 9 SO IT DOES NOT TURN OUT VERY WELL .

It's a two piece bakeware, and it leaks. I guess your batter has to be real thick. I had a tough time cleaning my oven.

This pan is not good for baking angel food cake, because most recipes require that you invert the pan in order to achieve the right volume for the cake, but because of the non-stick surface, the cake just falls right out of the pan. While the bottom is removable, which makes for easy cake removal, on this type of pan, some of the batter seeps through the bottom. Because of this I plan on returning the pan tomorrow.
