The Basics nonstick collection from Baker's Secret provides straightforward, essential baking pans for the home cook. This value set is a great way to get three different-sized sheets for baking cookies, croissants, biscuits, pizza, and plenty more. The small cookie sheet measures 13 by 9 inches; the medium, 15 by 10 inches; and the large, 17 by 11-1/2 inches.
Each Basics pan is durably constructed of two-ply steel, fortified with ETP (electro-tin plating) for rust-resistance, and coated with a proprietary silicone-based nonstick finish to release food easily. Greasing or using a silicone baking mat on the sheets is still a good idea, however. The dark gray color ensures optimal browning of certain foods. OK, this set comes with 3 cookie sheets of differing sizes, which are thick and non-stick, and all for under $15 with free shipping! You can't go wrong with that! I've used cookie sheets purchased at upscale cooking stores where one cookie sheet costs more than this whole set, and honestly, I can't see a difference in the results. Conversely, I have purchased similar sets at bargain stores for similar prices, and the quality has been lacking (non-stick coating scrapes away, sheets warp during baking, etc.) Though I haven't had this Baker's Secret set very long, so far its quality appears high. I would recommend it!

The old baking sheet I had was big and dented. I always had to grease the pan before baking. Now it is so easy and light weight and my cookies slide right off the pan! Terrific!

I usually go to a Mass Marketing store to get my pans, and decided to try these out.
The price is less than I usually pay. I ordered two sets, and I lOVE Them! Three different sizes for different needs. They clean easily. No stains on mine yet, and it's been four months. I'll definately buy again, IF mine ever wear out.
