I bought one of these pans locally to try. I wanted to see how non-stick they were and how successfully small cakes could be removed from them without damage. I loved it but when I tried to buy more, I couldn't find any locally. But I did find them on Amazon and bought 3 more to be sure I had enough for large recipes. I've baked small bundt cakes, flourless cakes and sponge cakes in them. When cakes are turned out, there's a small indentation on top that can hold warm sauce, berries, etc. so you have a very pretty presentation with no work. I've also lined pans with plastic wrap and packed flavored cream cheese mixes into them to firm up. When they're lifted out using the plastic wrap, you have a pretty shaped cream cheese mound for a buffet or hors d'oeuvres table. Great product!

I really like this pan. I made little cakes with snickers in the middle and it turned out great. Not sure why they had to use so much glue to stick the tag onto the pan though, it was really hard to get all the glue residue off.

I have had this pan for years, and use it for making giant muffins or for mini beef wellingtons - works great, nothing sticks and the pan still looks brand new.
