I'm an average guy who happens to make mass volumes of cookies around Christmas. These sheets are phenomenal. They do not burn the cookies, they cook evenly, they clean up and release easily, and due to being flat around the edges slide nicely undneath other things for storage.
Edit/Update: A year later, these cookie sheets are still great! No scratches, all still holds true and I forgot to mention that the no lip edges make it very easy to slide the cookies right off without really having to "lift" them or get entirely under them. Still very pleased. Edit 2 years later! All is still well, but I have one warning. If you make pizza on this do not use the pizza cutter on it. Due to the air space between the layers of metal, the top layer creased a little under the pressure of the pizza cutter. While still completely usable, it doesn't look quite as nice any longer. Edit 3 years later, all is still trucking along perfectly! These are keepers, for sure. Non stick surface is still going strong, and I wash them in the dishwasher every time. Due to the air space between the layers, they do have some tiny holes on the bottom, so watch out for water getting in there. I wash them with the holes down so they don't fill up. Everything is still great!

very sturdy pans,
This review is from: Baker's Secret Air Insulated Large Baking Sheet (Kitchen)
ive used them a few times now, and love them, especially since i was in need of cookie sheets and the orginal higher priced ones i wanted was out of stock, so i purchased these. so far so good, no burning or sticking, things slide right off, which since there is no sides, ive almost lost items as i pull out of oven because they donmt stick...so watch that you dont drop your cookies off sides...lol. and since you dont want to get water inbetween the layers, the back side has 4 holes in corners to drain, but are tiny, but since this doesnt stick so far, a fast wipe/rinse is all you need and no need to imerse under water(ive had this style before, differant brand, and never could get water to drain and they stuck, so had to imerses) but these are as described, clean up easy and no stick or burn. cant go wrong witht the price either!! a good buy if your picky!

I bought this sheet because I have had this brand before and had no problems with them. This is a great sheet pan and I have used it about a dozen times so far. It bakes cookies perfectly. Tried french fries on it as well and they came out grat.

I purchased this cookie pan for the first time to bake some cookies for a sale, and the cookies came out great. No burning, no sticking..they just slide right off. Highly recommended and great for the price. I would definetly purchase this baking pan again. It's definetly worth the money.

I made my first batch of Oatmeal Raisin cookies on this sheet and they turned out absolutely amazing!
I cooked the cookies for 8 minutes longer than the recipe called for, and they still didn't burn or stick. Clean up was also an absolute breeze. As a single guy, if I can make good tasting cookies that don't burn, anyone can.

The best I own for the price.,

I do a tremendous amount of baking, much of which consists of cookies. I must have at least twenty or more various cookie sheets in the kitchen, but I must admit the first ones I pull out of the cabinet are these (I own five of them). They last practically for ever. I have had one for several years and it looks and acts the way it did when I first bought it...I just keep adding them to my collection. These sheets are extremely easy to clean and quite resistant to scratching, although I will admit that I am pretty careful with my cooking equipment. I have yet to have the bottom burn on a batch of goodies I have cooked up and the sheets cook quite evenly.
As has been noted by other reviewers here DO NOT use metal utensils such as spatulas on these as they will scratch the non-stick surface. I also agree that you have to add at last 10 percent cooking time in order to get the bottoms of cookies correct (possibly even more time, depending upon your oven. Clean up is a snap. I personally do not put mine in the dishwasher as I like doing them my hand, but I see no reason for not using the washer unless your sort of quirky like I am. The price here on Amazon is great. If I remember correctly, I paid at least fifteen for the last one I bought. As to the chipping noted by one reviewer. Yes, this can be a problem. I solved most of this (as with my other sheets) by having a special cabinet built into my kitchen. This is rather large due to the number of sheets I have and it is divided so that the sheets can stand on their edge when stored. I lined the bottom with hard rubber bathtub mats. This eliminated the scraping on wood and or shelving paper which always wears out anyway.

Dangerous - Teflon Coating Peels,
By
This review is from: Baker's Secret Air Insulated Large Baking Sheet (Kitchen)
We recently noticed that the teflon coating was peeling off in large chunks and was actually attached to our food when we scooped it out. We probably ingested large chunks of teflon. These pans couldn't be worse.

i read the reviews and was not dissappointed. the funny thing was, one of the reviews mentioned the product coming bent. it did. it wasn't hard to straighten. the the product itself is great and you can't beat the price.

Just right.,
This review is from: Baker's Secret Air Insulated Large Baking Sheet (Kitchen)
I purchased the cookie sheet for my husband to make it easier when doing several dozen cookies. It browns the cookies just right and is just the right size for our oven. He likes the lip on the long side so that works well. Very happy with purchase.

I have had these pans for almost 20 years. I am just ordering two new ones as mine are getting a little ratty looking. They still work perfectly and I am always amazed that the bottoms of the cookies look as good as the tops. I agree with one reviewer who said you might have to add 10 to 20 percent additional cookie time to most receipes. I give these 5 stars for their great cooking ability and their longevity.
