I have used these pans for twenty years, and there is nothing better for cookies or jelly rolls. Nothing burns on these pans, everything is baked to perfection when I use them. I will never buy anything other than them.

This is with out a doubt the best cake pan I have ever used. The only problem is I can't find it any more. I would like to get more air-insulated cakes pans as will as the cookie sheets.
