Have owned (bought at least 3 over the years because of its low price) and used this lasagna pan only to have the Teflon coating flake off after a few uses. I have NEVER put it in dishwasher nor have I ever used any metal utensils in it. I will NEVER buy this product any more! Reading Baker's Secret "5-Year Limited Warranty", it states .........use for flowr based recipes.....". How is this possible when it is a "Lasagna/Roast Pan"? Truly believe that the acidity in the tomato-based recipe does affect the Teflon coating.
