5.0 out of 5 stars It's small, but it works great
For some reason, I chose the medium size over the large size and I don't think I would do that again. I doubt that this would hold a whole dozen chocolate chip cookies. But the pan works really great. It feels like it is of good quality, and I am probably going to place another order for a bigger one from the same company real soon!

2.0 out of 5 stars not as advertised -
Size is actually 17.5" by 12" - not as listed in product description.

Listed as heavy duty - this is a light middleweight pan at best.

I worked for Ekco-Glaco remanufacturing industrial baking pans for three years and also worked for Satan's cookie baker - Mrs. Fields for two years - I know the difference.

1.0 out of 5 stars Warping bakeware, May 5, 2009
This sheet has warped after just 2 times of normal use in the oven - I might have gotten a defective one - but has never seen anything like this happen before - coating is good and stable but warped and not flat anymore - would definetely choose a different brand next time.

1.0 out of 5 stars Hard to clean, May 14, 2009
By
J.B (Pennsylvania, USA) - See all my reviews
I bought two of these pans thinking it was a good price however after a few uses it was difficult to clean. The first few times I used them, everything wiped off easily with a sponge. After that, food started to get baked on so I soaked it, over night. It still wouldn't come off so I ended up having to scrub the whole thing to get it clean. I got so tired of scrubbing the "nonstick" pans that I tossed them. Also, when put into a preheated oven the pan warps so much it makes a loud noise and looks as though someone twisted it, eventually it does relax but I really don't think it should do that. I would recommend spending the few extra bucks to get a better pan.

5.0 out of 5 stars Non-Stick works wonders, July 11, 2007

This review is from: Baker's Secret Basics Nonstick Cookie Sheet (13.25in. x 9.25in.) (Kitchen)
The non-stick surface is wonderful. I don't have to spray or butter the pan before using and the cookies slide right off time after time.
I was concerned at first about the size, but it actually works quite well because I can keep one baking in the oven while refilling the other one with cookie dough. It's done by the time I am, so I just switch them out and refill the next one. It's very efficient this way, so I don't have an empty oven at any time.
***UPDATE***
The pans are beginning to warp rather badly several months into usage, but the non-stick surface is still working great.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Cookie Pan for the Price, February 15, 2008
The pan is a very good buy for the price. The lip isn't too tall, where it becomes more of a jelly roll pan or brownie pan, and not too short that your in danger of cookies dripping off the edge. The nonstick coating isn't too dark (I have had experiences where the dark coating causes burned cookie bottoms). I am very happy with the purchase and plan on buying one more.

If you are going to buy a silpat type non stick liner for the pan, I suggest waiting until you get the pan in hand to accurately measure the interior.

5.0 out of 5 stars Kids love 'em, May 12, 2007

I use these in a small oven in my special ed class; each child is able to have their own pan and they work beautifully and clean up well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great deal, February 19, 2009

These cookies/baking sheets are excellent quality, sturdy and made very well. They clean easily, but don't use metal utensils or harsh scrubbing products or the pans will get scratched and damaged. The price is hard to beat, unless you want lower quality. I was replacing some old, worn out baking sheets and these "fit the bill" perfectly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good cookie sheet, January 4, 2009

This is a really nice basic cookie pan. Standard size (not really large) for a home oven, with a nonstick coating that tolerates use of metal utensils. I gave this as a gift to my mom, she really likes it.

There appears to be several different sizes listed on this single product page, so someone somewhere needs to get their details straight. (probably doesn't help that you can buy it in a few different sizes too)

Mine was most prominently advertised as 15" X 10" and that is exactly what I got size-wise.

I also bought one of these at the same time:
"Kaiser Bakeware ExtraordinAire 15-by-10-Inch Nonstick Jellyroll Pan"

I found this pan to not as easy to wash over time(in the dishwasher), and just overall didn't perform as well as the Kaiser one. The kaiser one, through similar use, looks very similar to the day I bought it. It also has some sort of double layer on the bottom that I think helps it cook better than the one on this page.

I bought this pan because it was small enough to fit in my dishwasher, so of course I was disappointed with it's ability to be cleaned by the dishwasher.

Overall I was happier with the Kaiser one, but that one is more than twice the cost of this one, so depends on your needs I guess.
