This is a very short and to the point book. It starts out with a brief history of bread making, and then moves on to different bread types from around the world.I tend to dislike books like this. What I find lacking is information on what I can and can't do with a recipe, and what can make things go wrong. Apart from that, the recipes are very nice. |
