About the Author

Maxine McQueen has written news, interviews, articles, short stories and poetry. She realized the need for a tool to re-establish interactions with people experiencing demenetia through her own personal relationships. Her father-in-law, her grandmother and two of her aunts experienced and died as a result of dementia. Currently, Maxine's mother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and is residing in an assisted living facility.
