Warning: You might want to eat the whole dang box. I made myself two cups of tea just so I could have an excuse to eat more of them. Seven to be exact. These are truly amazing and I honestly just bought them for my mom when she was in town, but forgot them in the cupboard. I'm glad I had a sweet craving and found them again, because I plan on making these a regular item in my pantry from now on. They have such a great soft texture, but the little sugar granules give them a nice feel in your mouth when you chew them. They're not too sweet and I don't think anyone would ever guess they're gluten/wheat free!

These cookies are terrific! They are moist, delicious, and gluten-free...a bit expensive, but well worth the price for someone who can't eat wheat/gluten. The only downside - it's hard to eat just one!
