About the Author

Bonnie Bailey is a native of Birmingham, Alabama where she lives with her husband of forty years. They are the parents of three grown sons, all of whom were born in New Orleans, LA in the 1960's during the "American Food Revolution." Bonnie has been a cooking teacher since 1974 and directed several large cooking schools during the 70's and 80's. She owned and operated a restaurant, bakery and catering business during the 80's. She is a certified member of the International Association of Cooking Professionals, is a member of the American Institute of Wine and Food, and is listed in Who's Who of American Women. She is the author of the award winning Cookbook, Remembrances of Things Passed.
