Baking with Sourdough,
By
This review is from: Baking with Sourdough (Paperback)
If you aren't familiar with sourdough this basic cookbooklet will introduce you to just how versatile sourdough starter really is!
I have personally tried many of the recipes in the booklet to great success. The sourdough chocolate cake recipe is especially good. Be prepared for the most moist chocolate you have eaten!

Great little book with the most information I have found on the versatile sour dough! This is an excellent series where you buy just the topic you are interested in. I have others, Braiding Rugs: A Storey Country Wisdom Bulletin A-03 and Making Natural Milk Soap: Storey's Country Wisdom Bulletin A-199 (Storey Country Wisdom Bulletin) and they are both also very informative and well written. Recommended for your kitchen shelf cook book collection!
