This review is from: Baking with Stevia II, More Recipes for the Sweet Leaf (Spiral-bound)
I found this book disappointing in that many of the recipes, in addition to stevia, call for other sweeteners, such as maple syrup, honey, rice syrup or date sugar. Many of these other sugars are much higher on the glycemic index than stevia, and also have many more calories. So if your objective is to watch calories and your blood sugar levels, this book may disappoint. Many of the recipes also call for some type of nut butter, so if you have nut allergies, you'd do better with one of the other stevia cookbooks.
