Being a person who loves sweets, yet puts in many hours at the gym, this book was a godsend! I love to bake and eat, yet I want to keep my slim figure too! The recipes in this book were easy to follow for beginning bakers like myself. And as my family and friends will testify, you will never know that they are fat-free! The recipes come out sweet and rich, yet they are healthy so you can feel good about serving and eating them yourself! I recommend this book to anyone with a sweet-tooth AND a desire to keep themselves, family and friends healthy! Who ever thought that eating chocolate cake would be part of a healthy diet!
