I don't remember when I purchased the book. I've had it for quite some time, and have made dozens of recipes without a foul up. the recipes are writen step by step, and easy to understand. if you want to eat healther while still thinking you're eating junk food, this is the dessert cookbook to get. I highly recommend it if you're into an easy to follow cookbook. the best recipe so far has to be the "Rice pudding" there was one ingredient I left out "Dates" and it didn't matter. it came out just as great!

I have used and loved this book for many years. I realized that the recipes do not taste like their same named counterparts. They are delicious in their own right just the same.

For anyone trying to healthify their diet this is a very helpful book to have. Alot of tips and recipes to get you started. I would definetly recommend this book!

I even like Health Valley products after trying some recipes this book. Make sure to follow the recipes precisely. I threw some cake to the birds, because I didn't. I want to personally thank the author for writing this book.
