My order was lost, and when I contacted In Demand Toys the gentleman took care of it right away. He even went out of his way to call to check if the second order had arrived. I was very impressed with the customer service and the fact that they took care of the problem in such a timely manner. I would definitely buy items from this company again. Thank You.
