Good if your in need of a little snack before/after doing some excersize and do not have time to grab a real meal. Taste better then most energy bars...not bad. I do like the taste of the balance bar golds a little more though. Also if taste is a big thing for you, I think Cliff bars are the best tasting.(However cliff bars are loaded with sugar. They are pretty much big cookie bars with some added protien and vitamins.)
