AMAZON.COM.....I ORDERED THESE BARS TWICE..AND BOTH TIMES...ONE TIME WAS A REPLACEMENT ORDER ON THE FIRST ONES.... BOTH TIMES...BOTH TIMES...EXPIRATION DATE WAS JAN 2, 2006??? DIDN'T GET EITHER ORDER UNTIL 2 WEEKS AND 3 WEEKS AFTER THIS... NOW, I GUESS SINCE YOU SENT ME ONE ORDER BACK....YOU ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY COMPLAINT???? JUST BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT FRESH BARS OF ANY TYPE FROM AMAZON.COM..AS I HAVE SINCE READ COMPLAINTS FROM BUYERS ABOUT OTHER BARS!!!!!

I love this bar - it is fruity and nutty and sort of like a trail mix bar with a better balance of protien/carbs /fat. Note that it doesn't have that pasty soy texture that Balance bars typically have and it is meatier than the zone bars (less crisp). It is my favorite energy bar so far. (It even has a whole 3 grams of fiber! - why don't they put more fiber in these????)

Bars great if fresh,

I love the fruit and nut bar. Quite tasty and not as dry as the oat and cinnamon or the chocolate chip. They are terrible though if they are stale. I have ordered twice off Amazon and the bars delivered were past their expiration date and quite stale. I'll only buy at the local grocer from now on.
