This workout video really works. It really is a total body workout. I had the video for about eight years before it wore out from constant use! I tried to find it again in stores in the UK but had no success until I tried Amazon. I was so excited when i saw it online.

I have been trying to locate this video for quite some time. I finally found it on the internet just find out they are currently not producing it. I was quite upset because when you find a great video that works for you, you want to buy it. I loved it because it was challenging and I certainly felt it the next day so I knew it was a good one. This targeted all of the areas I am interested in so please bring it back!
