MAYA RESNIKOV IS GREAT AT GYMNASTICS,BUT MORE THAN ANYTHING SHE DESPERATELY WANTS TO FIT IN WITH HER NEW FRIENDS, ESPECIALLY HER NEW STEPSISTER,KELLY REYNOLDS. KELLY AND HER FRIENDS KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT AMERICAN POP CULTURE;MAYA DOESN'T. BUT...SHE'S MAKING IT HER MISSION TO FIND OUT. I am 8 year old girl, who loves to read almost as much as I like to do gymnastics!!! I like reading about it, but not quite as much as I like doing it! I think this book is very realistic! I particularly like Maya.
