This book sits beside my stove in the kitchen, and is a real lifesaver. I was lost when I found out there was very little I could feed my son due to his life-threatening allergies. It feels so good to be able to give your child chicken nuggets! Little things we take for granted without allergic children are resolved with this book.
My son is not allergic to rice as hers is, so I have tried substituting rice flour for oat flour in a couple of recipes.
I highly recommend it!

I thought, how would food without pertinent everyday ingredients such as wheat or milk taste, or even look? But after trying just a couple of the recipes, even friends were asking how I made the delicious treats! In this book, you can find a recipe for any meal, any occasion. Highly recommended.
