An easily read and useful book that will appeal to ANYONE who feels they want to achieve a sense of balance in their lives. Lizotte and Litwak, by utilizing easily understood excercises, case studies and humor give the reader an opportunity to carefully examine their own circumstances, satisfaction, needs and priorites surrounding their careers, their positions and their personal goals and challenges. The authors take a very human, simple and often fun approach to some very difficult topics and provide a springboard for anyone interested in beginning to understand and achieve more balance in their lives!
