never even got it, September 11, 2008

I ordered this product september 2 and was told it would ship by the 9 or the 11. Well after waiting for it I recieve a message from amazon that the seller has not shipped or responded in time and the order has been cancelled. Poor customer service on the sellers part an email or call to let me know the status of my item would have been nice. At least amazon did, nice job amazon. Don't hold your breath on this item coming in time for your trip. This product is also sold an edwardsluggage.com a little more shipping but at least it will come. I would have given zero stars but this rating system doesn't allow it. So I gave the minimum.
