I do not recommend these gloves for serious boxers, they are safe for fitness purposes like light heavy bag work. They are fine for focus mitts and double end bags. The 16oz would be fine for sparring if you wrap your hands well.

Pro's
Top notch quality & craftsmanship, they truly fit like a glove, the lining is the nicest out of the 6 different brands of gloves I've owned. The leather & the color of the yellow, & white gloves are the sharpest looking I've seen.

Con's
Weak wrist support, this is why I do not recommend them for serious heavy bag workouts, & full contact sparring. They have a very short cuff this is why they should be considered fitness gloves.

These are excellent gloves at a great price.

I bought the 10 oz. size. At first I was worried that it may not fit well since my hands are a bit small, but when I got them the fit was no problem. The leather is durable, and the padding is perfect for my purposes - training on the bag and with focus mitts. The wristrap holds the glove very securely. I love the bright color (I bought yellow!) as well.

The only downside for me is I wish they were a bit more flexible, which is why I gave this glove 4 rather than 5 stars.
