The drinking jars are just what I wanted. The shipment seemed rather slow yet the product is excellent. I also order the lids that were recommended and they did not fit the jars. When I called the seller, they were extremly helpful, apologetic and quickly sent the correct lids. As it was, Amazon had the wrong lids listed for the product.

One of the great things of these sort of glasses should be they are real canning jars with handles to drink from. Apparently they are not. The telling fact? They state "not for hot liquids". You boil canning jars, so they should handle hot liquids fine, but these do not. Really sad. Great for iced tea, tho.

I ordered a case of Ball mugs as a wedding present to my son-in-law. They were shipped very promptly and arrived in good condition. It was a nice surprise for the newlyweds. As it was something they wanted very bad.

Nobody seems to make mugs (glasses) with handles on them. I had some Rubbermaid ones, but can't find them anywhere being sold. These mugs fit the bill, even though they are glass rather than plastic, so they will "sweat" a little more. Other than that - they're great. Perfect for summertime Bar-b-q's.

The product arrived in a short time and was in perfect condition as it was well wrapped. Glassware is sometimes iffy!,but all the glasses came through wonderfully.

Any girl raised in the South would love to own these Ball mugs with handles. I bought them for my daughter and she says "they are wonderful for a girl to drink her sweet tea in."
Even though they do not have the original "Mason" on them, they are a steal for $15.00!

Good product. Bought these to replace my dwindling supply of golden harvest drinking jars. Not as decorative, but well made. Shipping was quick

I was extremely disappointed in this company. I needed these for my sisters bridal shower and I ordered 6 cases. This product was listed as in stock and then I got an e-mail saying it was on backorder. I then spoke to the manager, David, who seemed nice and helpful at first. He said they were getting them in and would upgrade my shipment. By the following Monday they still weren't shipped and David, who I later found out was the owner, kept avoiding my calls and would only speak through one of his workers. In the end I canceled my order because they never even called me back to let me know what they were going to do.

I have not yet received the Ball mug drinking jars so have no comment on the product itself, but have just noticed the $14 charge for 'shipping and handling' charged to my card by Goodman's, nearly doubling my $14.99 purchase. Should I have caught it? Yes, technically it was my error not picking it up on the order confirmation, and had I seen it I would have canceled the item. Will I purchase from Amazon via this company again? No! I made an assumption about Amazon's 'free shipping', it cost me, I'm an unhappy and wiser consumer from now on. When your order comes via another vendor read your confirmation carefully!
