Ball Freezer Jam pectin is great. I've used it for several years and the jams always turn out well. It's so nice to have a jam that only uses 1 1/2 cups of sugar to 4 cups of fruit instead of the usual 4cups fruit to 8cups sugar. It's quick to make, and the directions are easy to follow. Nothing complex to do. And without cooking, the real flavor of the fruit remains and isn't overpowered by sweetness. I highly recommend this product.

This makes jam making a breeze and much more tasty than the cooked variety. Taste is much fresher as you don't have to cook the fruit for very long or depending on the type of fruit, for very long at all. We used it for Peach Mango Jam and Blueberry Lemon...delicious!

This is the best product available today. I cannot find this in stores anywhere. This makes freezer jam that is far superior to any other pectins. Don't make freezer jam with the regular pectins even though there is a recipe in the package. It will not be nearly as good.
