This is an incredible little book that will teach your children that they can "escape" and talk with Jesus whenever they want to. It's great for adults as well. I use it for myself and it's quite relaxing.

This is a wonderful meditation for children and adults. I used it with my 3rd grade CCD class and although it is a rather long meditation, everyone participated! I highly recommend this book!
