With this workout, you need Nothing but the Ball to get in shape and create a strong and slim midsection! A comprehensive and innovative ball workout using gym tested exercises for proven results! This workout contains several "mini" workouts! Each segment targets a specific body part with a variety of well-designed exercises, infused with ab work!
Abdominal exercises are alternated with upper body exercises for extra core work. An "abdominal only" workout has even more exercises for sculpting your waistline! The upper body workout has a total time of 48 minutes.This portion works everything from the hips up!
Every exercise hits the abs and core! The lower body workout has a total time of 58 minutes and includes three leg segments:
leg exercises on the ball (11 minutes),
standing leg exercises with the ball (18 minutes) ,
leg exercises on the floor using the ball (10 minutes)
Accelerated body sculpting at its best! All exercises maximize the balls effectiveness for sculpting! Each exercise has intensity options. As you get stronger, move to the next level!

A 40 minute complete body workout for those days when time is short! Using some of the same exercises in the main workout for a focused timesaver!

This is one of the best "on the ball" workout DVDs I have ever used, and I have used many. Kira gives very clear instructions throughout the workout and suggests ways to make it more challenging for those who want to step it up to the next level. The exercises are great and target muscles you didn't know you had, and believe me you will feel them the next day. I am impatiently looking forward to "Just add weights" edition of the Ball Sculpt DVD. Kira makes her workouts fun and intense at the same time, which actually makes me look forward to using them regularly in my routine.

This video is one of my favorites...the moves on the ball are great for any fitness level, and they really work the core muscles. Kira's commentary and instruction throughout the workout really help keep proper form, and there are enough reps and sets of each exercise to really master each before moving on...
This is a great workout video! Snap this up, and don't forget to buy your ball too!
