After a long string of critically acclaimed albums throughout the 90s and into the new millennium, Axel Rudi Pell shows his softer side once again. Riding on the success of The Ballads I + II, Steamhammer Records brings you The Ballads III. This is not only a compilation of his best and most recent ballads, it also includes 3 newly recorded tracks, including an acoustic version of the sleeper hit Forever Angel and a cover of the Rainbow classic The Temple Of The King.
The Ballads III features: Johnny Gioeli - lead and backing vocals; Axel Rudi Pell - lead, rhythm and acoustic guitars; Ferdy Doernberg - keyboards and additional acoustic guitar on Forever Angel (Acoustic); Volker Krawczak - bass and additional acoustic guitar on Forever Angel (Acoustic); Mike Terrana - drums and percussion.

Axel does it agian !!! I always have to laugh when I hear the ballads because they always sound similar and his words are leaving me crying from laughter every time I hear them. Most entertaining!!
