My children love this book and CD. It was so good I purchased a second copy so I would have the words to the songs for myself. The CD teaches American history to ballads. The book has the words to the songs. Easy to learn songs and date of events in history. It is done in ballad format so it is slower music and not upbeat. An easy way to learn and memorize dates in American History.
