No Clarinet,

The music is written in Bb, but there's no clarinet on the CD. The melodies are played by a xylophone. And not very good at that.
Part of why I bought this was to hear how the clarinet sounds playing these ballads so the lack of the clarinet solos is a bit of a disapointment for me. I could have just downloaded backing tracks for free if I wanted that. I guess it's still useful for the sheet music and backing tracks. But I wanted to hear someone else play these on the clarinet. So I feel a bit cheated in that regard. |
