Great for a little kid
From an adult perspective, this video is not the best thing I've ever seen. BUT - for my nearly 3-year-old daughter, it was perfect. She loved seeing parts of The Nutcracker that she recognized, she followed along with the demonstrated steps, and she wanted to watch it again. Low quality & boring ballet instruction video
A boring ballet instruction video for kids. Not very impressive acting. Poor sound and picture quality. The DVD is a converted VHS (no chapters etc). Only one good thing -it doesn't last longer than 25min...

From an adult perspective, this video is not the best thing I've ever seen. BUT - for my nearly 3-year-old daughter, it was perfect. She loved seeing parts of The Nutcracker that she recognized, she followed along with the demonstrated steps, and she wanted to watch it again. If you're looking for something for a little girl who is falling in love with ballet, this is perfectly geared towards a very young age.
