Follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have medical condition, consult your physician before using this product. direction: Begin drinking tea in small amounts and gradually increase the amount to suit your needs. We suggest you first pour 2 cups of boilng water over 1 teabag and cover for 2-3 minutes. Drink hot or cold after your meals and in the morning or evening. You may dilute your tea with more water if desired. Gradually increase your tea strength after one week by pouring 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tea bag. Drink 1 cup after each meal with a maximum of 3 cups per day

Very helpful diet product. Can be used for a long time without any problems. Helped me to loose 15 pounds (7 kilograms) and to keep up with this weight. There are many other diet products which promise fast weight loss without changes in eating habits, which I tried this year, but this is the only one that really helped to make some progress in weight loss for me. You can get even better results while using some sports (cricket, socker, jogging,...) But actually this product helps to loose weight even without using exhausting diet and any affitional activities. Different flavors help to keep using these teas for a long time.

for the first 3-4 days you will experience strong bowl movment withing 6 hours of drinking this stuff. it feels like you REALLY have to use the toilet. but after the 3-4day bowl movement your body adjusts and your fine. it does help suppress your appetite but losing weihgt just by talking the tea is not true. work your [...] off to lose weight, this drink helps with hunger pains (it says to drink 1 cup twice a day for weight lose. soo if your going to use this product, stay close the bathroom

The 3 Ballerina are great with 4 different flavors, lemon, orange, cinnamon and regular. I drank it every other day after the last meal and it helps me to maintain the weight.
