Very helpful diet product. Can be used for a long time without any problems. Helped me to loose 15 pounds (7 kilograms) and to keep up with this weight. There are many other diet products which promise fast weight loss without changes in eating habits, which I tried this year, but this is the only one that really helped to make some progress in weight loss for me. You can get even better results while using some sports (cricket, socker, jogging,...) But actually this product helps to loose weight even without using exhausting diet and any affitional activities. Different flavors help to keep using these teas for a long time.

for the first 3-4 days you will experience strong bowl movment withing 6 hours of drinking this stuff. it feels like you REALLY have to use the toilet. but after the 3-4day bowl movement your body adjusts and your fine. it does help suppress your appetite but losing weihgt just by talking the tea is not true. work your [...] off to lose weight, this drink helps with hunger pains (it says to drink 1 cup twice a day for weight lose. soo if your going to use this product, stay close the bathroom

The 3 Ballerina are great with 4 different flavors, lemon, orange, cinnamon and regular. I drank it every other day after the last meal and it helps me to maintain the weight.

This tea worked wonders for me. I sincerely recommend it. Please people, you don't "loose" weight, it's "lose". I know, I know. Sorry, pet peeve.

This tea is fantastic! My husband and I both love it and it really does HELP when you are trying to loose or maintain weight. It's not magic...you still have to exercise and eat properly, but I have to admit, it makes the weight loss process move along much faster. I use the tea about three times per week and my husband drinks it every morning in place of coffee.

I have been using this tea for around two yrs now , The one's i've used upto this last one's i orderd. took a long time to use, the plain one's are nasty tasting, but we found in our surch, for new order we found the cinnimon , orange, lemon, now i can enjoy drinking my tea, these one are fantastic, if you need to get the teas for weight loss or bowel movement problems, make sure you use the flavored one's so much tastier, and enjoyable, the plain one don't evens tast like tea, it tast like licorice , black licorice, its nasty unless you like that kind of tast, myself it will now and forever be the cinnamon , orange , lemon,one's they are the best, hope they make a pack with nothing but them , cause the regular plain one will be thrown out. thanks for the great flavor teas, be kool it they also made, cherry, cranberry, grape, and, rasberry flavors too. Anything with flavor verses plain is the best of all. you must try the flavor one's they are great. you don't want to put them down , you will find yourself making more and more of it. thanks the reese in fl.

I had high expectations from this tea after reading so many reviews, so I went ahead and bought the three-pack. Unfortunately, it didn't really work like I had expected. After three days of drinking a glass day and night, there was no change. No extra trips to the bathroom, no cramps, nothing. I tried steeping it longer, to no avail. I wouldn't say that this doesn't work, though. I have co-workers who have used this with great results. I gave one pack to a friend who also didn't see any results. I will try to steep it longer or drink one more cup a day to see if I have better results, but for now, this hasn't done anything for me.

This product is GREAT for those who are suffering from chronic constipation. It is mild and not habit forming. It does contain Senna so if you take too many tea bags, it can give you cramps, so I recommend to start with one and build up until it works for you. I highly recommend this product.

I love this product. It works great. Without any pain or cramps. One tea bag is usually enough.If you take more, you get easily diarrhia

I am really enjoying the orange flavored tea. It's not over powering with an orange taste and seems to go with most of my meals. I don't have the bloating or cramping like some other products may give you.
