Use this tea as directed and you will receive results within 4 to 16 hours. I suffer from PMDD and around this time of the month I gain between 10 to 15 lbs as I suffer from severe water retention and constipation. Laxatives and fiber tablets do not work for me. I now use diuretics and one or two cups of this tea to feel relief. The nurse in my doctors office was shocked when I lost 12 pounds in the span of a week. CAUTION: This tea should not be taken lightly as SEVERE cramping can occur with misuse.

I bought this product bc I read the reviews here on amazon, ppl seemed pretty satisfied with it & I wanted a little extra boost to my weight loss regimen. Well this product does exactly what it says - makes you use the bathroom often.....results don't show up right after you drink it - it actually takes between 10 - 12 hours for it take effect. I did experience stomach cramps and pain which it said might happen.

I did my research on Senna after I bought the product sadly... A lot of websites and herbalists say you can take Senna tea - it's a natural laxative, but not to take it longer than 7 days in a row. It can really mess up your intestines if you take it longer :/

I've only been taking it for a couple of days, but after the 7th day I'm going to give it at least a week break before I start drinking it again...

P.S. Also in my research on Senna it does react with some other drugs you are taking so please do your research people! Even things like Vitamin C & Tylenol it can react with so just be careful. It also makes it hard for you to absorb your vitamins while taking it and you lose a lot of potassium so eat bananas while taking this product.

I am a stay at home mom so I don't have any fear of being anywhere when this tea starts to work as others have. It also does not take 8 hours to work for me but this may be due to the fact I eat yogurt with cut up strawberries and an organic granola on top for breakfast with the tea or I eat 2 pcs. of toast with extra virgin organic coconut oil, cinnamon and splenda and a piece of fruit, always having the tea with it. I think those naturally move things along too. I had somewhat loose-ish stool the first week or so drinking it but now it is just a regular BM and I generally have to go within an hour after breakfast. If I skip my tea for several days and am not eating so healthy I find I get constipated so not only does it work, but it also encourages me to get back on track with eating better. I recommend it for sure. I have a mini honey bear I tuck into my tea bag and use that to sweeten it. I like it better than with splenda. Sorry so long and maybe too detailed but that is what this product is meant for so I don't feel it's TMI (too much info)
